Have you ever felt stretched to your limit ~ "overworked" ~ and "underappreciated"? I think we have all been there!
So, I have a quick question for you ~ what is the sweetest sound in the world?

AWESOME! I think I can see you!
I want you to remember this sound and this feeling. Picture the smile on your face. BEAUTIFUL!
THIS is what will get you through those "tough" or "difficult" times.
There is something I call "The 1 More Mentaility". When you are pushing through 1 more rep at the gym, 1 more hour of homework, getting up that 1 hour earlier to spend time on you, your goals, reflection, etc., this SWEET sound, beautiful smile, and rocking feeling will give you the "umph" you need to make it happen!
And, when I say The 1 More Mentality, I am not saying to stay awake 24 / 7 / 365.
If you feel you have too much on your plate, you don't know what to do next, you are stretched as far as you stretch, here are some quick tips:
1. Prioritize ~ If you were to get only 1 thing accomplished today, what task would get you closer to achieveing your goal. DO IT!
2. FOCUS: If you find yourself getting distracted, implement a reward system for when you accomplish your tasks. Or,
a. Run around the house (oustide)
b. Take a drive with the windows down (as long as it's not raining or snowing
c. Say the alphabet backwards (does a weird thing to your brain/breaks your pattern ~ creates inspiration)
d. Dance ~ put on your favorite song and jam!
e. Remember what makes you FLY!
